Job Title : Customer Relations Officer Reporting to : Commercial Officer Location : Lilongwe Job Function The goal is to maintain sound relationship with existing clients and bring in new business. Desired attributes: High level of interpersonal and intrapersonal skills High degree of planning, organization and attention to detail Technical skills in IT and experience with sales and customer relations Ability to handle high volume workload Basic understanding in health insurance Self motivated, enthusiastic, meticulous and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
