Details and requirements for the positions are as follows: Position: HR & Administration Officer Reporting: This position reports to the General Manager – Finance, Operations & HR and is responsible for the efficient and effective administrative management of the company. Key Responsibilities • The person will be tasked with responsibilities connected with employee and resource management. • Handling day to day administrative functions of the company • Ensure human resources and administration records are maintained in accordance with standards. • Handling, understand and interpret Human Resources procedures and policies. • Ability to manage and implement human resources and administration issues efficiently and effectively. Key Competencies • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, and to present accurate reports and information to Management in a timely manner. • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. • Computer Skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Power Point and Sage • Communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of fleet management Qualifications and Experience The suitable candidate must have a minimum of Diploma in Human Resources Management or Marketing (CIM). Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources will also be considered. At least 3 years relevant work experience. Position: Marketing Executive Reporting: This position reports to the General Manager – Commercial and is responsible for the effective marketing of the company’s products and services. Key Responsibilities • The person will be tasked with responsibilities concerning selling and marketing products and services of the company. • Handling day to day marketing of the company. • Be able to write proposals. • Be able to work and achieve work targets. Key competencies • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, and to present accurate reports and information to management in timely manner. • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. • Computer Skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Power Point. • Communication and interpersonal skills. • Marketing skills. Qualifications and Experience The suitable candidate must have a minimum of Diploma in Human Marketing (CIM) and those with Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Business Studies will also be considered. At least 5 years relevant work experience and those who have worked in ICT would have added advantages. Applications must be matured, dynamic, results-oriented and dedicated.
