1. TECHNICAL OFFICER- REPORTING TO CEO – FULL TIME

Qualifications and Attributes  Advanced Diploma in Construction Technology, Degree will be added advantage  15 years experience of combined office and field works with busy construction companies.  Proven skills in Technical Drawing, Quantity Surveying and Construction Planning and Budgeting.  Attendee of NCIC workshops  Matured and above 35 years  Driving License Duties  Writing quotations, tenders  Technical Planning  Technical Budgeting and Reporting  Training the artisans on best construction methods  Supervising periodically the sites  Interfacing the clients and partners on the projects  Conducting sites meetings

2. TECHNICAL SITE SUPERVISOR- REPORTING TO TECHNICAL OFFICER – FULL TIME

Qualifications/Attributes  Diploma in Construction Technology, Advanced Diploma will be added advantage.  10 years experience of field works with good time of hands-on experience with busy construction companies.  Proven skills in Technical Drawing, Quantity Surveying and Construction Planning  Proven Skills and Knowledge in all trades of construction  Attendee of NCIC workshops  Matured and above 30 years  Driving License/Motorcycle Duties  Assisting in Writing quotations, tenders  Assisting in Technical Planning  Assisting in materials procurement  Sites progress Reporting  Training the artisans on best construction methods  Supervising daily the sites  Interfacing the clients and partners on the projects  Conducting sites meetings  Demonstrating best construction methods to Site foremen

3. SITE FOREMEN- REPORTING TO TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR – FULL TIME

Qualifications/Attributes  Certificate in Construction Technology, Diploma will be added advantage.  5 and above years experience of field works with good time of hands-on experience with busy construction companies.  Proven skills in Construction Planning and Construction methods  Proven Skills and Knowledge in all trades of construction  Attendee of NCIC workshops  Matured and above 30 years Duties  Attending and supervising the site workers and assisting in procurement  Recording and maintaining workers sheets  Sites progress Reporting on daily basis.  Training the artisans on best construction methods  Material requisitions from Supervisors  Interfacing the clients and partners on the projects  Conducting sites meetings  Demonstrating best construction methods to Site workers

4. TEAM LEADERS( BUILD WORK /PLUMBING/CARPENTRY/PAINTING/ELECTRICAL)-ON WAGES

Innobuild is looking for 3 Team Leaders in each construction trade above. The Team Leaders will be paid on projects and each potential Team Leader will be expected to have not less than 5 artisans in the special Trade who will regularly work with Him/Her.

Qualifications/Attributes  Grade 1 in special trade area  5 and above years experience of field works with good time of hands-on experience with busy construction companies.  Proven skills in Construction Planning and Construction methods  Attendee of NCIC workshops  Matured and above 30 years Duties  Guiding the artisans in the team on best methods of construction  Taking part in actual work on site  Material requisition from Site Foremen  Training the artisans on best construction methods  Interfacing the clients and partners on the projects  Conducting sites meetings  Demonstrating best construction methods to Site workers
